What you can achieve

  • Process customer requests regarding technical machine errors, spare parts, service interventions and retrofits with a proactive approach.
  • Create quotes in ERP environment for spare parts, service interventions and retrofits.
  • Make technical clarifications within the group companies and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate and take responsibility for the execution of smaller retrofit and machine upgrades.
  • Provide technical assistance in developing customized preventive maintenance concepts and service agreements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process and further development of the service desk.

Why you will succeed

  • Basic technical education with further education in automation, electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience in technical hotline for machinery and equipment.
  • Proactive and customer centric behavior.
  • Social skills as a team player.
  • Proficiency in MS office products, ERP and CRM.
  • Business fluent English, all other languages especially German are a plus.
