Confidence through careful packaging testing

The Rychiger Laboratory is equipped with infrastructure based upon the standard technologies and processes which we regularly implement on our production machines. Many different transport, forming, dosing, and sealing processes can be performed in the Lab, using the same hardware, servomotors and control electronics previously used on Rychiger machines. This enables rapid and accurate assessment of the suitability of our standard technologies for handling new customer products and packaging materials. Typically, the goal of a Lab Test is to provide Rychiger and our customers with assurance that standard technologies and processes will comfortably meet the specifications of new packaging challenges which deviate slightly from previously solved ones.
