Flexible lane layouts
Separation and positioning
How are your containers delivered? Are they shipped in cardboard boxes? Or do they arrive in bulk? Whatever the case, Rychiger has the right handling system for you. We always aim at automating processes as much as possible in order to ensure consistent quality and relieve staff.
For containers supplied in cartons, we offer semi-automated and fully automated machines that pick and place the units in an intermediate buffer section. For bulk material, we offer vibrating or centrifugal conveyors to separate and align the containers before they are transferred to the next processing station.
Stacked containers are first destacked. Our handling systems then place them in single-lane or multi-lane transport units where they are checked for correct positioning and alignment.
Hygiene as a top priority
Do your containers need to be electrically discharged or disinfected? Rychiger provides special assemblies for these tasks. As our hygiene standards are as strict as yours, all machine parts that come into contact with your products and containers have been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration FDA.
